By registering with Jaruma Multipurpose, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully — this is the same document that has protected over 8,700 clients and their families since 2021.

Service Agreement
We will provide a genuine admission or verified job offer + full visa support for your chosen country/program.
We do not guarantee visa approval (no honest agent in the world can), but we guarantee that every document we submit is 100% genuine and your file will be prepared to the highest possible standard.

Payment Terms (Pay-After-Visa Option – Used by 73% of clients)

• Commitment fee: ₦250,000 – ₦500,000 (depending on route) – NON-REFUNDABLE after 14 days if you change your mind or disappear.
• Balance (70%–80% of total fee): Payable ONLY after you collect your visa in your hand at VFS/Embassy.
• If a visa is refused for any reason, The Commitment fee is refunded 100% within 48 hours (minus ₦35,000 admin cost only if the file was already submitted).
• Payment must be made into our CBN-licensed escrow account (details on contract). No cash to personal accounts.

Refund Policy (Written in stone)

• Visa refusal → Full commitment fee back within 48 hours.
• Program closed by foreign government → Full refund or free transfer to another country.
• You change your mind before file submission → 100% refund minus ₦50,000 processing fee.
• After file submission → No refund for change of mind (but we will complete the process or move you to another country free).

Client Responsibilities (If you break these, the contract becomes void)

• You must provide true and complete information. Any fake document or lies = immediate termination + no refund.
• You must attend all medicals, biometrics, and interviews on the dates given.
• You must not use another agent while your file is with Jaruma.
• You must not pay any money to any staff outside the official account.

Our Responsibilities

• We will never abandon your file.
• We will never ask you for extra “urgent money” or “management money”.
• We will never share your information with anyone.
• We will give you weekly updates every Monday by 6 p.m.

Force Majeure (Things nobody can control)
War, embassy closure, global pandemic, sudden policy change — if any of these happen, we will either:
(a) move you to another country free of charge, or
(b) Refund every kobo you have paid within 7 days.

Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and refund you immediately if:

• You become abusive to the staff
• You record conversations and post them online without permission
• You attempt to bribe any staff member

Post-Arrival Support
Free for 90 days after landing: airport pickup, accommodation, job activation, SIM card, bank account, etc.
After 90 days → ₦150,000 per year lifetime support package (optional).

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be settled in Lagos courts.

Acceptance
By paying the commitment fee and signing the hard copy of these Terms of Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted everything written above.

We have never lost one single case in court because we have never broken this agreement since 2021.

Your own copy (with company stamp and director’s signature) will be handed to you the day you visit any of our offices.
